The public review period for the San Diego Consortium for Regenerative Medicine (SDCRM) Project Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) will extend from August 25, 2008 through October 9, 2008. The DEIR and its technical appendices are available to view and/or print by clicking on the links below. Written comments on the adequacy of the DEIR can be mailed to Catherine Presmyk at the address above. Comments may be sent at the earliest possible date, but no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 9, 2008.

A public hearing on the SDCRM DEIR will be held at 6 p.m. on September 22, 2008 at the Fishman Auditorium at the Burnham Institute for Medical Research located at 10901 North Torrey Pines Road, La Jolla, California 92037.

Directions to the Burnham Institute: From I-5, north or south, exit Genesee Avenue heading west, Bear right onto North Torrey Pines Road at the top of the hill, after 2nd stop light, the Burnham Institute's blue sign will be on your right, with a designated right-turn lane leading to it. Turn right at the sign and follow the driveway down the hill to the Parking Structure. Upon entering the Parking Structure, you can park in any open space that is NOT marked “Reserved”. Exit the parking structure and head north on the walkway between the parking structure and buildings 6 and 7 following the “Burnham Event” signs to building 4.
